The tradition continues as we wrapped up another successful year of the annual Yard Sale put on by the Volunteers of our community here at The Reef. So happy to inform all that this was our Second highest rummage sale money maker for Friends of the Reef. It was made possible by all those who donated the many items such as clothes, electronics, tools, housewares, linens, sporting items, Knick knacks, furniture and the list goes on. We were also very fortunate that some island residents also made donations. I find this very typical with the response received when donations and volunteers were needed for the Pickleball courts and not only did The Reef owners respond, but so did many local residents. Truly shows the Mission Statement and spirit of FRIENDS OF THE REEF. For more information in regards to this function please refer to FOTR on The Reef website for details.

2022 net = $3,841-$80 approx. for security.

A huge THANK YOU to all who donated and to the many Thursday, Friday and Saturday volunteers who physically sacrificed their bodies and were literally glowing (perspiring) after each day’s work. We appreciated the cinnamon rolls and muffins that Chuck and Annie Fortner donated to keep our energy levels up on the day of the sale.
