I'm excited to announce that this holiday season we are going to start what I hope will be an annual event, and that's a holiday lighting contest among all of the Reef Villa Owners and Residents! I am sending this out now to allow plenty of time for any online lighting and decoration purchases!

Let the fun begin!

Rules:

• Lighting & Decorations may go up as early as Thanksgiving Weekend but must come down by the weekend of January 7th.
• No lighting or decorations that obstruct the ocean view of your neighbors.
• No flood or strobe lights.
• No music or anything else that makes noise.
• Nothing on roofs.
• Judging will be on the ocean-facing (patio) sides of villas only.
• Judging will take place after dark on Friday, December 23rd.
• Judges will be 3 randomly chosen RAI team members.
• Judges will attempt to take pictures of the top villas which will then be sent out to all residents over the holidays.

Prizes Donated by Local Businesses:

• 1st Place - $150.00 Gift Certificate for one of Charles Mereday's Restaurants (His new restaurant here at The Reef (name to be announced), The Galleon, Parrotfish, Deep End or RAW)
• 2nd Place - $100.00 Gift Certificate for Duggan's Reef
• 3rd Place - $75.00 Gift Certificate for Blue Water Terrace
• 4th Place - $50.00 Gift Certificate for Ziggy's Gas Station
• 5th & 6th Places - $25.00 Gift Certificates for The Reef Golf Shop
