For Who: The Collective Collaboration, a 501(c) 3 non-profit mental health/homeless program dedicated to serving adults eighteen (18) and older, suffering from mental ailments with temporary housing and therapeutic care.
When: Saturday April 30th at the Reef Golf Course 8 am Registration with a 9am Shotgun Start
Cost: $75.00 per person (Reef owners using their own golf cart will receive $10 per person discount off the registration cost) Carts will be available on a first come first serve basis.
What we need: Golfers, Sponsors, Items for the Silent Auction, Helpers the day of the outing.
Hole sponsors are $150.00, unless you were a sponsor last year, then the sponsorship is $100.00
Registration forms will be available soon at the Golf Shop, by contacting Liz Wilson or below.
Efforts will be made to accommodate as many teams as possible, but due to the size of the course it may be necessary to have a cutoff for registration.
The Outing will be 9 holes with a Silent Auction and Prizes for the top three teams
